Teabird Lady

The Teabird sits restfully on her perch overlooking the lily pond while waiting for her jasmine and lavender blossom tea to steep. She had spent the morning gathering newly formed dew and the freshest of buds. Once the day cools and shadows lengthen, she will take flight again and sing her song to greet the evening.
