Cosmo

A large city of windmills and tall spires drift between moonlight clouds, while bright stars shine in the heavens. Small forested islands gently float by in the nighttime tranquility. Without warning the island city rises from the sea of clouds.

The misty cover slowly rolls from the shores of the island and it is revealed that the city is perched on the head of a young girl named Cosmo.
